Project Coordinator (Operations)
Responsibilities:
-
Be in the team of planning, executing, con-trolling and evaluating projects -
Assist in overseeing the day to day operations at the centre -
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. -
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. -
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. -
Ensuring project deadlines are met. -
Providing administrative support as needed. -
Undertaking project tasks as required. -
Developing project strategies. -
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. -
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. -
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. -
Chair and facilitate meetings/sessions where appropriate
Project Coordinator Requirements:
-
Diploma / Bachelor degree in business or related field of study though preferred is not a prerequisite . -
Good verbal, written and presentation skills. -
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. -
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. -
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint -
Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. -
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Project Coordinator (Digital Marketing)
Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
-
Supporting marketing initiatives. -
Creating and managing mailing lists. -
Handling product and service launches. -
Editing marketing material. -
Negotiating sponsorship agreements. -
Researching market trends. -
Identifying and engaging with vendors. -
Coordinating marketing events. -
Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms. -
Optimize SEO.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
-
Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent though preferred is not a prerequisite . -
Active on social media. -
Knowledge of CMS. -
Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills. -
Highly organized. -
Strong computer literacy. -
Strong attention to detail. -
Knowledge of web analytics. -
Strong presentation skills.
Workshop Facilitator Trainee (Visually Impaired Full-Timer / Freelancer)
